The room was okay, though it could have been cleaner, which seemed normal by Indian standards. The only good part of the stay was a very polite young receptionist, around 20 years old. He knew how to treat guests, unlike some of the other reception staff, who were among the worst I've encountered in India. They acted unprofessionally and tried to overcharge me for transport back to the airport. I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be near the airport, but the location on booking.com was different from the real one. Breakfast to go was also advertised, which was another reason I booked, but staff said it wasn't possible and weren't even polite about it. I told them about the location and breakfast problems, but they didn't seem to care. You can get a much better hotel in Delhi for that price, so I had a poor stay overall. The polite receptionist is why I gave two stars instead of one.

This is a filthy, awful, and dangerous hostel at best, not a hotel. The place was very dirty, the sheets had burn holes, and the photos are not of this property. The toilet only flushed sometimes, the shower didn't work, and there were no towels or tea-making facilities. Live electrical wires were exposed. They also advertise it as the ECG inn near Delhi Airport. Avoid it at all costs.

The actual rooms look nothing like the posted photos, which appear to be AI-generated. It's reasonably priced and not far from the airport, but I still wouldn't recommend staying here because the rooms are much worse than advertised.

The sheets were dirty, and the washrooms had cockroaches. Service was pathetic too. I booked through booking com, but they charged me extra at the counter, claiming it was some kind of service tax. This is one of the worst hotels I've seen. I won't come back, and neither should you.

The room was poorly maintained, unclean, and missing basic facilities that had been promised when I booked. Staff showed no interest in sorting things out after I raised the issues. From check-in onward, the reception staff were rude and unprofessional, and their attempt to overcharge felt like outright cheating. What I was promised was entirely different from what I got. My stay at HOTEL ECG GRAND INN was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I strongly advise others not to be misled by its claims.
