Mapple Express Delhi

It’s conveniently right on the main road near a metro station, which makes getting around Delhi easy. I used the place for a conference and a stay. The facility works fine for a small gathering or a hotel visit, and it was neat and clean with good service. The lunch and snacks we had were tasty and hygienic.

It’s a good value for money given the convenient central location. There’s a market within walking distance, a metro station very close by, and a few parking spaces. Service was reasonable. They don’t seem to provide toiletries, so bring your own. The hotel was fully booked. I had a confirmed booking for two nights, but when I tried to extend by one more, they couldn’t arrange it.

We held a two-day training workshop here and really liked the food, the rooms, and how we were served. The staff were very professional, and breakfast and lunch were good. I especially liked the soups, salads, and desserts. It’s right next to Kailash colony metro station in South Delhi and very close to Nehru place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and most of my stay was good. I’m giving only three stars because one bottle of water they gave me wasn’t sealed, so it had probably been refilled with tap water. When I pointed it out and asked for a sealed bottle, they took it into another room and tightened the lid so much I couldn’t open it. I believe it was the same bottle, still with tap water. It’s not cool to give Delhi tap water to tourists asking for bottled water.
