The hotel made arranging transport easy, both to and from the airport and for trips to places like the Taj Mahal. We also went to a celebration in the front courtyard, which was beautiful. It's in a very good location, and the staff were wonderful. I had a great time there. The rooms may feel a little old by US standards, but mine and the bathroom were very spacious, and everything was clean.

Aastha, Tanuja, Tashi, and Emrul at the front desk were warm and professional, and their hospitality added a lot to my stay. Room service arrived promptly, and the room had thoughtful amenities. Breakfast was very good too, with courteous, attentive service from Mr. Prakash. Hotel Ambassador has a special feel as a heritage property with a rich history. It's old, but very well cared for, clean, and comfortable. Best wishes to the whole team, and I hope they keep up the good service.

I've already spent more than 30 nights at Ambassador Hotel this year, and it's become my favourite place to stay. Everyone I've dealt with has been attentive, efficient, and kind, and I'd gladly recommend it to friends and colleagues. The security team, including Mr. Banty and Zaffar, are consistently alert and help the hotel feel safe. In the restaurant and with in-room dining, Ms. Apoorva and Ms. Shanthi have looked after me well. Ms. Shanthi's suggestions have got me to try new dishes, and they've all been delicious. Chef Dev and Sandeep also tailor meals to my taste, and the food is reliably fantastic. My room has always been spotless. Mr. Bhup Singh does impeccable housekeeping, and Supervisor Ms. Lakshmi checks everything so carefully that I've never found a flaw. Ms. Tanuja and Ms. Astha are quick to help and make check-in and checkout smooth, while finding me the best rooms. At the bell desk, Mr. Kishan, Mr. Harsh Pal, and Mr. Emrul greet me with smiles and make me feel welcome as soon as I arrive. Thank you to the whole Ambassador Hotel team for making each visit memorable. I'm grateful for the excellent care during all these stays.

The Yellow Brick Restaurant was one of the best parts of our visit. We were only there a short time, so didn't get to try the other facilities. I had worried after seeing reviews about old or musty rooms, but ours had no such problem. It was clean, roomy, and well equipped, and we stayed with family. There's a distinct old-world charm to the property, especially appealing if you're interested in architecture. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. A pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it.
