We booked through booking.com for a group of 18 and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and food and drinks were available for an extra cost. After checkout, we could leave our luggage in the cloak room, which was very convenient since our train wasn't until evening. The service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend the place for its hospitality and location, close to the railway station and major tourist attractions.
2/10
The room itself was decent, but it wasn’t clean, and the staff didn’t help much. Even after we asked, they left the same bedsheet on the bed, and there weren’t any proper facilities.
10/10
The rooms are luxurious and sweet, and everything was kept properly clean. Great value for the money, this is the best hotel.
10/10
Rooms here are large and very clean, and the hotel keeps up its cleanliness well. A very nice place.
2/10
The Wi-Fi was poor, and the bedding was in a disgusting state. The sheets had strange blue and red dots all over them, there was hair underneath the pillows, and they hadn’t even been changed or the bed made. Jesus Christ.
