The staff were polite and respectful, though service coordination slowed down during the busy parts of the event. Better planning could help handle large crowds. Food had a decent range and looked good, but its taste and freshness weren't what I'd expected from the hotel's hospitality and catering reputation. The washrooms near the venue also needed better cleaning and upkeep. The hotel's exterior was impressive and well maintained, but inside, the event space felt underwhelming. Lighting was dim and uneven in places, and the décor seemed simple and dated. It was functional, but lacked the warmth and elegance I'd expect from a high-end venue. I attended an event at Le Meridien, New Delhi with high expectations because of its reputation and premium image. Some aspects were positive, but the experience didn't fully meet the usual luxury standards. Le Meridien, New Delhi has potential as an event venue, and improvements to ambience, maintenance, food quality, and coordination could make the guest experience much better.

The event at Le Méridien, Windsor Place ran smoothly, thanks to the courteous and attentive staff. The venue had comfortable seating, excellent lighting, and a well-organized setup. Food and refreshments were delicious, nicely presented, and high quality. From the moment I walked in, the hotel felt elegant, professional, and welcoming. The classy atmosphere seems well suited to corporate gatherings and premium social events. Le Méridien Windsor Place brings together comfort and sophistication, and feels ideal for events, conferences, or a luxury stay in central Delhi. I'd recommend it for a premium event.

The one drawback was the price, which felt a bit high compared with the old building. Still, I had a comfortable and very pleasant 3-day stay at Le Méridien Delhi. The food had plenty of variety and was great, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The location and service were excellent. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Le Meridien for two nights. The lounge breakfast was great and the service was good. The rooms seem newly renovated, with a modern design. Mine was spacious, had enough plug points and a great coffee selection, and the bathroom was fantastic with excellent water pressure. The backlight behind the bed was super annoyingly weird, though. Why?

The work table in the room came in handy for catching up on some overflow from the office. I also appreciated the fresh fruit basket, and the chef sending me a bowl of moong dal halwa made my day. Breakfast is served both upstairs and downstairs. The hotel is centrally located and has a fresh look, probably from a recent upgrade. The spacious room felt welcoming, and while the shower is limited in some way, it was practical. All the utilities were stocked. It was a pleasant, quiet stay in the heart of the Capital despite the surrounding hustle and bustle.
