The staff at Church House Rohini were the reason my stay turned out positive. They were attentive, kept trying to put things right, and were available even around midnight whenever I needed help. Their kindness and can-do attitude made me feel cared for despite being frustrated by the room. The property itself needs serious upkeep and a deep clean. I found old, unkempt food left by previous guests and saw a few roaches. The facilities didn’t meet normal expectations, and the building clearly needs maintenance. Furniture can be fixed and pest control called, but a team this dedicated is harder to find. Huge thanks to the staff for their hard work. They deserve a much better building to show what they can do.

We came with family for my sister’s wedding, and with it being peak season and other hotels fully booked, we had no choice but to stay here. The lift wasn’t working, which was embarrassing in front of our relatives and friends. One relative even had to go into the kitchen and heat her own food because there was no staff or equipment available. Service was terrible. Staff were impolite and uncooperative, and it took an unbelievable 4-5 hours for room service. Breakfast was just as bad: we had to order three hours ahead just to get a cup of tea, and the staff were outright rude. The mattresses and sheets were dirty, and the bathroom door locks didn’t work. This was an extremely disappointing stay, the worst place for even a single day.

A broken door, dirty sheets, and no water for an hour. There was no chai or breakfast, and the service was awful. We didn’t even have remotes for the TV or AC. Don’t ever go there.

The rooms weren’t clean, and I barely slept. The person at reception kept playing music and watching reels all night. I told them I had a meeting and asked for the volume to be lowered, but they didn’t turn it down. It seemed like someone was playing music on their phone 24 hours a day.
