Breakfast came on time as requested through room service and tasted very good, though there wasn’t much variety. Staff were gentle, caring, and prompt, and kept the neat, clean rooms well managed. The location is great, near Connaught Place, with shopping, food, and travel options right outside. It’s a fantastic mid-budget, homestay-type hotel. A couple of things could be better maintained in the rooms or bathroom, but it wasn’t a major bother. There’s no lift, so getting around could be difficult for older guests. I wished I could meet the owner to thank him for the stay and service. It’s a decent place to stay and get around Delhi without spending too much.

Rooms are clean and the staff are cordial. The place is near Connaught place, and the metro station is an easy walk away. The rooms are old, but clean, and the bathroom is okay too. Getting to the entrance takes a short walk down a narrow lane from the main road, about 50 meters, as taxis and autos can’t reach the gate.

The room and washroom were clean, and the food was good too. Heera and the staff were friendly, polite, and quick to help with anything I needed. I stayed at Rams Inn for four days and three nights, and it was well worth the price for a mid-budget stay in central Delhi. The location is probably the biggest draw, close to Rajiv Chowk Metro station and the Shivaji Stadium bus terminus. Highly recommended.

The only good thing is that it’s near CP. I called about a room for four people and was quoted an insanely high price for a small bedroom. The place also seemed shady. You can find much better nearby. Really trashy, wouldn’t recommend it.
