The pool was lovely, though you can hear a lot of traffic. That’s to be expected in Delhi. We also enjoyed the food and its variety, and a car hire for a day trip around Delhi was reasonably priced for the time. The whole staff was kind and accommodating, especially with our children. After one of them had a small accident, staff checked in with us twice to see if our child was okay. We really appreciated that. The hotel felt quite upscale compared with what we’re used to, and its comfort and hospitality made for a wonderful stay.

The dessert spread was a lovely way to end the meal, with fresh traditional Indian sweets alongside modern pastries and other desserts. Tamra also worked well for a family outing, group meal, or celebration, thanks to its vibrant, spacious setting and live kitchen counters that gave the dining room an energetic feel. Service stood out too. The staff were courteous and attentive without hovering, helped us understand the buffet choices, and handled our requests quickly. They made sure we were comfortable at the table.

The spa was relaxing and well organized, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for unwinding after a busy day in the city. Breakfast was a highlight, with an outstanding range and very high quality. Staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. I had an excellent stay at Shangri-La in Delhi and would happily return. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast team and Chef were so friendly and polite, and on my last day they surprised me with a “Bon Voyage” pancake. Such a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks, which made me feel welcomed by the warm-hearted people of India. I stayed at Shangri-La Eros in room no.1419 from January 28-31, 2026. Ms. Angel deserves a special mention: she arranged a lovely room and let me check in early, which was a lifesaver. Hospitality was exceptional throughout. If you're visiting Delhi, this is the only place to stay. Thanks to the whole team for making the trip special.
