Taj Mahal, New Delhi

There was confusion over what our New Year’s Eve reservation included. Different staff gave us different information, so it was hard to plan or book anything ahead. The team did accommodate us at the last minute, though, and we had a very nice New Year’s Eve party. Taj Mahal, New Delhi is a beautiful, very clean property that lives up to the Taj brand. The staff were warm, polite, and friendly. We loved our stay and would recommend the hotel, though the staff could use better coordination and training.

The location is central and convenient, a good base whether you're in Delhi for business or leisure. The property is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained, with care evident in both the rooms and public spaces. From the airport greeting onward, service was warm, professional, and efficient. Check-in and the rest of the stay carried that same thoughtful standard. The Taj New Delhi delivered an outstanding experience, and I'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay.

I came back to the Taj Mahal Hotel after a long time for an HR event, where I was also honoured with an award. That personal milestone made the visit especially meaningful. The hotel's classic look and quiet grandeur, along with its comfortable atmosphere and warm hospitality, made it feel special too. The staff were courteous and professional, and the place has the elegant but welcoming feel of the Taj brand. It blends tradition and quality very well. A premium property with a lot of positive energy.

I've already started missing my stay at taj mahal, something I haven't felt after other 5 star hotels. The rooms, room service, and food were excellent, and the staff did everything from the heart to make us comfortable. I've made some of my best memories here. Five stars feel like too few.
