For this budget, it's the best hotel in the surrounding area, and I had a good experience. If you need somewhere near the railway station, this is the one I recommend. Thank you 🙏

The staff are good, check-in was smooth, and the location is nice. Room service was very good, and having the kitchen open 24/7 is a big plus. The rooms still need improvement, though, and cleanliness should be better maintained.

My stay at Hotel Palm Dor, Paharganj, on DB Gupta Road left me deeply disappointed. The room was in unacceptable condition. Water had collected heavily in the bathroom, making it unsafe and unhygienic. There was no body wash or shampoo, and the bedsheets and blankets were dirty. The AC leaked so much that water soaked the entire room, and the bedding and mattress had a strong damp, musty smell. The receptionist was also rude and extremely unprofessional. I was quoted ₹2000 for the room, but at checkout they demanded extra GST that hadn't been mentioned when I booked. They refused to hold our luggage even briefly and threw it outside by force. The facilities and treatment were unacceptable. I hope management takes action to improve hygiene and service for future guests.

The rooms were in terrible shape and the toilet was unhygienic. The building seems old, with broken room walls and a bathroom ceiling that's hanging down. Please don't rely on the photos posted on Agoda, Google Business, or other travel sites.
