Hotel Nikhil Sai International

Naresh at the front desk pressured guests to leave early. The website says checkout is 11:30 am, but he verbally tells everyone 10 am, then calls at 9:30 on checkout day to say it is 9 am. That made an already bad stay even worse. I booked an Executive Suite at Hotel Nikhil Sai International in Nizamabad expecting comfort, but the AC did not work at all, and there was no hot water during my stay. Staff were slow to respond and unhelpful from check-in onward. With a broken AC in an executive room, no hot water, poor service, and pressure to check out early, I found the stay thoroughly unpleasant and can't recommend the hotel. I'd tell others to look elsewhere in Nizamabad.

The staff were generally satisfactory, and the bathroom facilities were acceptable. But it was hard to rest because the AC was loud and the room didn't feel calm. The TV didn't work, and the general lack of maintenance hurt the value of the stay. The dark room decor might also be uncomfortable or unappealing for some guests.

I had a very unpleasant visit to Hotel Nikal Sai. The staff spoke to me rudely, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I also paid through PhonePe, and the amount was debited from my account, but I wasn't given proper acknowledgment or help resolving the transaction issue. The rude replies made the problem more frustrating. Please check the payment details, address the staff's behavior so it doesn't happen to other customers, resolve the payment issue promptly, and apologize for the experience.

The fancy look and prime location were the only good parts. The beds and pillows felt like rocks, and although the sheets looked clean, dust was all over everything. They gave us just one towel for two people. I didn't ask for another, but even that one was enough to trigger my dust allergy and leave scratches. Glad we were only there for a night.
