Hotel Ascent Biz

For business visitors, the location is excellent, and the food at the Oak Bar & Bistro was delicious. Breakfast also had lots of variety. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were polite, professional, and ready to help with a smile. It offers good value for money, with comfort, tasty food, and good service. I'd recommend it for work or leisure in Noida and hope to stay again.

I stayed alone for work at this hotel in Sector-62 at Noida, near to Barclays. The road outside gets a lot of traffic, and there is a pub on the ground floor with a restobar on the first. Staff were very helpful and courteous, and I have no service complaints. My room was spacious enough for one, neat and clean, with a hygienic washroom, hot water, and toiletries. Breakfast came with the booking. The selection wasn't extensive, but covered basics, including north Indian items like poha, paratha, and chole-bhature, as well as idli and dosa. Restaurant food was good. The rate did feel a bit steep for a solo traveler, especially since the hotel calls itself budget. I'd recommend it for business or official trips, but not a leisurely holiday.

A foreign chocolate went missing from my room while I was out and housekeeping had been in. When I told the receptionist, he didn't apologize or take any real action. He casually said there were so many people working there that they couldn't track it, then said he'd speak to the staff just for the sake of it. The rooms are fine, but lock your bags when you go out. Avoid this place if security matters to you.

I spent two nights here and found the food very tasty, with a good range of breakfast options. The staff were polite and the service was wonderful. Hotel service was very nice.
