The host made us feel welcome, and it was a nice stay.

The balcony had a beautiful view, and the stay was very pleasant. We also enjoyed freshly prepared meals from a skilled chef. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet holiday.
Narayan was the highlight for me. As caretaker and chef, he was accommodating and made meals that felt like a culinary hug, from subtly spiced curries to his surprise continental experiments. The food was gourmet without being fussy, and still had a homely feel. The hotel is tucked into quieter lanes near the busier Film City Sector 16 area of Noida, and feels peaceful, warm, and homely. Rooms were comfortable with soft lighting, and the stay was pocket-friendly. There's no bustling lobby or fancy extras. Outside, the roads can feel eerily quiet in the evening, but inside it was all good vibes, despite being close to Delhi's chaos. Mornings are slow here, with service starting after 9 am. If you're up with the birds and want tea before sunrise, keep that in mind. For me, it was part of the charm: a place that encourages you to sleep in and let Narayan handle things. A peaceful place with great meals, especially suited to anyone who doesn't need an early start.
The staff were nice, but the place felt more like a house with separate rooms on each floor than a hotel. Conditions were VERY bad, with no hygiene and no proper cleaning. There wasn't an AC remote in my room. I had to move rooms, and the next one was only slightly better because the keys to the first room weren't available.
The AC didn't work, the staff had bad manners, and service was very slow. I called several times to check on my food, and they charged more than the menu's actual prices. A terrible experience.
