Attrap Residency by OYO Rooms

I booked through OYO but couldn’t stay even an hour. The room was very dirty, there was no TV, and the AC was awful, sounding like a generator. Staff behavior was bad too. If you want to ruin your whole night, you can stay here. I’d tell everyone not to go. Best of luck if you do.

I spent the whole night without a blanket in the winter because the bedsheets and blankets were so dirty. The rooms and washrooms weren’t clean, and some amenities didn’t work. When I asked staff for one more towel, they refused. I complained to Oyo, and they assured me they’d contact the hotel to solve it, but nobody helped. Worst experience of hospitality.

Breakfast starts at 1100. I booked an AC room but was given a poor condition non-AC room. Service was below par, and the guy handling the request wasn’t polite at all. I was late and still had to wait about 20 minutes outside the gate.

I paid before seeing the room and ended up spending one night in a filthy room with a terrible bathroom. The place is in very bad shape. They seem to rely on local ID bookings or advance payments from people who haven't seen the room. Please avoid this Oyo.
