OYO 5574 Cosy Tree Inn

The room itself was okay, and the stay was acceptable, so you could stay here. Still, there were several things to sort out: the lift wasn't working, they were out of room freshener, the water bottles had broken seals, and we were met by mosquitoes. These need improvement so even people making a last-minute plan can stay.

It's good value, with a comfortable room and a good location. The staff were good too. The room was dirty, though, and really needed a better clean. The brown splashes on the wall beside the toilet were especially off-putting.

The food menu was limited, and the staff were unfriendly. We also had to change rooms because the AC was leaking in every room. The washrooms were old, rusty, and unclean. Worst hotel experience I've had. The price wasn't worth it either, since I've stayed in much better places for less. The beds were unclean and had bed bugs. I'd never even seen them before, let alone been bitten, and after two nights I couldn't sleep because they kept biting me. My father was the one who spotted them.

A decent place if you need somewhere to crash for a few nights. The staff are helpful, and the beds and hot shower are decent. Cleanliness could be better, and the interiors could use work. Breakfast definitely wasn't good. You'd expect at least the basic food to be better.
