Fabhotel Unique Stay

I was treated with no respect or basic manners, even though we were paying guests. The receptionist acted like handing over a room was a huge favor and had a massive ego. Unprofessional staff, absolutely pathetic service, and a total waste of money. Avoid this place.

I had a really nice stay at hotel uniquestay and would recommend it.

Check-in went smoothly because the guy was super helpful, but things went downhill the next day. The sheets had little holes, and when we asked reception to change them, the guy looked completely confused, as if he didn't understand why we'd ask. There were cockroaches around the room too, and two of the reception staff were really rude. We had visitors bring us food since there was no restaurant at the hotel. Reception kept calling and telling us to get them to leave ASAP because it was against hotel policy, a policy nobody had mentioned beforehand. We understand we had to follow it, but there's a professional, hospitable way to handle that. The receptionist, and possibly the owner, were rude and could use some customer care training.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The toll-free customer service was terrible, and getting an invoice took repeated follow-ups. When I asked what the “Service Fees” line on their own bill meant, they couldn’t explain it.
