Banquesta Suites

The room itself was nice, but everything else was awful. I had to ask around 10 times to get it cleaned, and staff were unprofessional and useless. There were no toiletries or towel. I called at least 10 times for a towel, which finally came two hours later. Electricity kept going out every half hour for 5-10 minutes, and the generator system was garbage, so don't expect a good night's rest. There was no drinking water service, so you'd have to Blinkit water or buy it outside. The website mentioned a restaurant, but there wasn't one and no food was available. It feels like a scam. Also, bathroom ke pani se current aa raha hai, please get that fixed. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Manish Pandey was a perfect host, and the location made it easy to explore the city. We felt at home throughout our stay. The staff were warm and helpful, and our room was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. Absolutely 10/10, we'd definitely come back!

Basic services took ages and only came after we called several times. The staff seemed untrained and unaware of what was happening in the hotel. Naina at reception was the rudest receptionist I've ever met and had no manners with guests. Pooja also seemed unsure about hotel matters. When we asked why a service hadn't been provided, we were told we could leave if we didn't like it.

The location is right by HCLTECH gate no 3, and Mr. Suman Barik, the manager, did a good job making sure my stay was comfortable. Rahul and Pooja, I think, also went out of their way to help. Still, the management problems mentioned in older reviews seem real. The rooms are spacious, but some have no window or balcony, and rooms with balconies are small. The geysers are tiny, and room service was awful, especially Sanjeev, who was very arrogant.
