The stay was uneventful, which is a good thing, and the staff were cooperative. The rooms could be better: dust had settled on the shelves, the drain was blocked, and the bathroom hand shower was broken. I’m sure the staff would have sorted those out if I’d mentioned them, but I was too busy. A small table would have been nice. Decent enough stay.

I travel around India for work and have booked stays through the Fab hotels app in Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgoan and Jaipur. Booking has been easy, the customer care has been very good, and the discounts and smart offers compare well with other options. I also like the standards across its hotel group. One useful change would be letting us extend the dates after check-in, since work can run longer than expected.

The rooms were cramped, the washroom was unhygienic, and basics like tissues and hand wash were missing. Don't choose this place just because the photos look good.

The room smelled awful because leftovers had apparently been sitting there for 20 days. There was no water or latch in the room, and we were still told to make do. It took 45 minutes just to get tea, and there didn't seem to be any real room service. The stay was pathetic. This location should be delisted.

People had spat all over the place, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. Nothing was clean, the rooms were a mess, and there was no working geyser or hot running water. There wasn't even an electricity backup. This isn't under FabHotel at all.
