My two visits were quite different, so I have mixed feelings. The first time I booked offline for 1800 and got an exquisite, fully furnished room. The washroom taps were good, and it had a study table, well-cushioned chair, clean sheets, stable bedside lamp tables, and properly fitted wall lamps. On my second visit, booked through treebo app, those things were missing or loose. The bedside tables fell as soon as I sat on the bed, the taps looked like they came from a bad thrift store, and the wash basin outlet was tied with a rope. Use treebo app, and avoid agoda, since they have no ties with this accommodation despite advertising it there. That issue forced me to pay offline the first time, which is how I got the good room.

It's a nice, tucked-away place at quite an economic price. I had a really great stay, both for the location and the management. The staff and manager all behaved well. Thanks for the comfortable stay.

I booked FabHotel Novis Stayz, Sector 30, Noida for its location and because it suited my family. But right at check-in, I got an email saying the booking had been moved to FabHotel Silver Stone, Sector 36 without my consent. That location was far away, inconvenient, and unsuitable for us. The sudden change left my family and me walking around with our luggage and caused a lot of stress. I didn't check in to the alternate property because I wasn't comfortable with it or its location. The booking was marked non-refundable, even though this was a hotel or platform decision and not mine. Changing a confirmed stay without asking is completely unfair. I hope FabHotels improves how it handles customers and takes responsibility in cases like this. Future guests, especially families, should be careful.

I checked out after just an hour and couldn't stay any longer. The room was an average size, but it smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, and there were mosquitoes. There wasn't any coffee or tea either. A really bad stay.
