Only one person seemed to be running everything, from the front desk and billing to customers, room service, and housekeeping. Cleanliness was poor, and I didn't find the hotel up to the mark. It isn't worth staying here, especially with family.

The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I also liked the wide choice of Western and eastern food, and the staff were very attentive. As someone who travels often, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5

I paid Rs. 2248 for one night and found the room dirty, with a broken bathroom floor, rust on every tap, and mosquitoes everywhere. There was only one towel for two people, and they’d left used soap for us. At night, there was no water from the hand shower or any tap, and there wasn’t even a shower for bathing. I’ve never seen a hotel this dirty. The public Sulabh sochalay are better. Check the room before staying, or better yet, don’t stay here. Don’t book online. Very poor hotel. 👎👎👎👎

The AC was fine, but everything else disappointed me. There was no Wi-Fi, and a water bottle cost 30/-. Food wasn’t good and prices felt too high for everything. Service was poor, staff weren’t supportive, and their behavior felt silly and completely disrespectful.
