Fabhotel Apple Pie

We had to look for another hotel that night, and luckily found a better one. My friend had arrived before me for the booking we were meant to share, only to find that the hotel board had been removed. They said it wasn’t a hotel at all and that the whole property had been given over to a marriage party, even though the address and location were correct. The advance we paid is still stuck, and the Fab group is still processing its return for my friend. Be careful when booking, apparently anything can happen.

Even though the property is on a main road, it was quiet and peaceful. We were in NOIDA for work, and our children booked us in for three days. The place was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located, with polite, helpful, efficient service staff. There’s a lift, which also makes it a good option for senior citizens. Fresh buffet breakfast was served on the ground floor. It works well for families and professionals.

The rooms were better than the way we were treated over the food bill. They charged us more than 100% above the menu price, so I’d never suggest this place to anyone. The manager and accountant were the worst, and didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

Parking was free and always available, which is rare for a downtown SF hotel. The location was great, right in the middle of downtown. Michael at reception was amazing and went out of his way to help us a couple of times.
