I wouldn't stay here again. The place felt unsafe, especially for females, and the staff's behavior added to that feeling. They were rude and unprofessional, didn't seem to care about complaints, and staff were drinking and smoking in rooms at night. Cigarettes were left lying around, and the room was a mess. The room itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and smelled like a toilet. The odor was unbearable, and mosquitoes were everywhere, making it impossible to sleep. Even basic amenities weren't assured: I had to ask several times for simple things, with no guarantee of getting them. What you see in the booking photos and reviews is completely misleading, in my experience. The reality was shocking. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend spending your money, comfort, or safety here.

The location worked perfectly for me, and Townhouse had clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, and really went out of their way to make the stay memorable. Breakfast was delicious and the amenities were fantastic. A hidden gem I'd happily recommend to any traveler.

We asked to check in an hour early, and the staff agreed, but said the room would have a broken flush even though other rooms were unoccupied. As soon as we put our luggage down, we started looking for another hotel and moved to Hotel Noida Grand, Behind Govardhan Petrol Pump. It was much better than this third class hotel. There was a bad smell as soon as we entered, the room hadn't been cleaned properly, and it had no lock. Terrible experience.

The staff were polite, helpful, and good, which was the one positive. I saw the website photos, then saw the reality, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I stayed only two hours, and power was available for hardly 20 minutes. There was no backup, no water, and the taps were badly rusted. The room had no manual lock on the inside, and people came in without knocking, which felt highly unsafe. When I asked OYO services for help, they backed the hotel owner and called my concerns unnecessary. Horrible experience, don't book.
