We arrived and walked straight back out. The place looked more like a lodge, and seemed to be operating under another name, Admire Inn or something. The website photos aren't real, so don't rely on them. I'd booked through booking.com and tried to get Fabhotels to cancel, even though the date was beyond cancellation. They didn't refund the money, and the way they spoke to me was rude and disrespectful, with clearly no training. You never know what you'll get with Fabhotels. I'd avoid it.

The location is convenient and good, but my room was messy and poorly maintained. Staff support and response were below average too. Better cleanliness and service could have made this a much better stay.

For me, it was a good stay for a day, and I'd recommend it for that. The room and washroom were clean, the TV, Wifi, and AC worked fine, and there was a little free parking. It was quiet, with nobody bothering me.

Really disappointing and pathetic experience. This felt like a fake property operating under the FabHotel brand. I'm not sure why Goibibo is listing it, and it should be banned immediately. Look at the attached photos and you'll be shocked by what the property actually looks like.

Everything at the hotel was maintained nicely, and the service staff and entire team were very supportive. It was an excellent, comfortable stay. Thanks for everything, team grand olive.
