OYO 79034 Staybia Neo

The hotel was clean and good, but the TV didn't work, and I didn't receive a sealed water bottle. The main problem was the receptionist's behavior. He kept pushing me to pay in cash, saying he wouldn't get the money through Oyo, even though paying online would have given me a much bigger discount. After I paid online, he gave me a room next to reception instead of the one I wanted, saying the others were occupied. He seemed frustrated about the online payment. He also insisted I pay the full amount at the start, and that treatment made me leave early.

It's a house turned into a hotel, with little beyond a bed and bathroom. The TV doesn't work, the bed linen seems to be washed rarely, and there are no shower fittings in the toilet or stool for bathing. They don't provide an extra chair either. If you book online, they say the place is full, but a direct booking is possible at a higher rate. They take full payment at check-in, so you can't complain.

I paid extra because it was already midnight and I needed somewhere to stay, but first they refused check-in, saying they didn't take online bookings. Even with an OYO reservation, I was asked to pay more than 1100rs per night. I'd avoid this place if booking online. I had the same kind of awful experience with more than 1 OYO rooms on the same date. The room was filthy, stained all over, smelled foul, and had mice everywhere. This was after a bad check-in experience, and the place was not worth it. You could pay 1500 elsewhere and have peace of mind. Never book a OYO. It a scam in Noida, advertising cheap prices, accepting bookings, then denying check-in. I don't want anyone else to go through this, and you'll thank me later.

The room was big enough, but the AC didn't feel powerful enough for its size. The washroom was clean and well maintained, with new equipment, though the service was a little low... The location is convenient too, and you can walk from the nearby metro station.
