We spent two days here for a wedding. The food was really tasty, and the rooms were okay, so the stay was good overall. Tea was the one frustrating part. I gave specific instructions with our order, but they were missed, and I had to call again. By the time it arrived, it was cold and pointless.

We hosted our wedding guests here from 13 Feb to 16 Feb 2026, and the experience badly hurt our reputation. I’d strongly advise people to avoid this hotel. There seemed to be no management or control, and no one listened when we raised problems. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room during our three-night stay. The bathroom was never cleaned, and towels and bedsheets weren’t changed. Rooms 228 & 228 had a drain smell coming from the toilets. Reception staff were unresponsive, and there was no one available to help guests on the floors or in their rooms. We’d booked several floors and all the rooms, but guests who were already staying there refused to leave. We didn’t get our main room until 11 PM, instead of the usual check-in time. For a hotel with over 100 rooms, there was just one bellboy and one luggage trolley. The trolley was broken on the day we arrived, and it took more than two days to fix. Guests had to carry their own bags. The ramp for luggage and wheelchairs was at an extremely steep angle, over 60 degrees, and took more than three people to manage a trolley or wheelchair. There were only two very small lifts. They were often occupied by hotel staff, who argued with guests. We also had trouble with the wedding arrangements. The florist, IMRAN, delivered flowers and the Haldi decoration after the ceremony was already over. At breakfast in the second-floor hall, the table linen was so dirty you couldn’t rest your hand on it. Tea and coffee kept spilling onto the floor. When we asked them to put a bin underneath, they just pulled the tablecloth forward, so the drinks spilled onto it instead. The coffee server refused to bring coffee to the table and told us we could complain about him. This place made the whole stay miserable.

We arrived too early for the full breakfast, but the staff kindly brought out toast and gave us tea and digestives. Such a nice gesture. Breakfast was fantastic once it was available, and the staff and service were very good. There are lots of shops within walking distance, and it’s an amazing place to stay. Thanks so much.

The bathroom was unhygienic and in terrible condition, even though I’d booked a deluxe room that looked as if it had only been painted to seem nicer. The fan was so noisy I couldn’t sleep one night. I reminded them twice, once in the morning and again at noon, but nobody came to check it. I also asked for a bottle of water and followed up twice. They still didn’t bring it, so I had to get one from outside. At reception, "miss Pushpita" heard about the problems but took no action and didn’t ask whether they’d been sorted out. Very poor service, and the staff were completely irresponsible.
