I stayed here for a month as a PG, and the service left me very disappointed. There weren’t enough sheets and pillow covers, and many were torn. When I asked for replacements, they often brought more torn ones or promised to change them tomorrow, but that never happened unless I kept asking. The building has five floors and a lift, but they hardly use it, even for customers. I also found little black worms in a water can, and complained that the cans weren’t being washed. There is battery backup, but the generator only starts a while after the power cuts, leaving everyone in the dark for 5 to 10 mins. Half the rooms have no ventilation, just fake windows with walls behind them. My bathroom exhaust didn’t work, and they took 15 days to buy a new one. All in all, a very bad experience.

The staff were good, but some rooms didn’t have the facilities shown in the ad. My first room had no charging plug by the bed and very low water pressure. They moved me after I complained, but the new room had no table or wardrobe, and even the TV remote was missing 😂
The bathroom, sheets and blanket were extremely dirty, and there was no power backup or help with problems during the stay. I kept asking for the bathroom to be cleaned during my two-day visit, but it still wasn’t done. They kept saying, “I’ll get it done now,” and that now never came. The rooms and bathroom were filthy, with no cleaning at all. I don’t recommend this place.
Water wasn’t available, basic facilities were lacking, and the reception number didn’t work. The staff were lazy, and I had to sort everything out myself. A lock problem even left me stuck in the room. Worst stay of my life. Enter at your own risk.
At checkout they took the phone from our hands and submitted a rating themselves. As OYO customers, we should have the right to rate the hotel on our own. It was a terrible experience 🙌🙏
