The staff were well trained, and the service was really good. Everything was handled properly. Mr. Varun sir, Mr Pradeep sir, Mr Hemant sir, Mr Vicky sir, and Mr Sonu pahalvan deserve a special mention. When I visit Noida and NCR, I book this place. It feels more like being with family than staying at a hotel. Thanks to OYO and everyone at KRISHNA RESIDENCY. Love you all, and I pray the hotel reaches five stars on the OYO app.
2/10
I had a bad experience with OYO and wouldn’t book a room with them again. The service was awful, the room was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and there was seepage on the walls. Don’t visit.
6/10
The room could have been tidier, but the other services were good. Mr. Sunny at the reception was especially helpful and did a great job assisting me.
4/10
The staff were okay, but the rooms weren’t good. They smelled a little, and the sheets looked used. There was a cigarette smell throughout the hotel.
2/10
OYO seems to be adding rooms without checking their actual condition. The rooms here aren’t in good shape, so enter at your own risk.
