Finding the hotel took us three hours, and the location we were sent was wrong. Once there, we found seepage all around the room, a damp smell, and lots of mosquitoes. The hotel felt very cheap, nowhere near worth even 500/-. We paid 5000/- through FabHotel booking for a room for four, two adults and two children. We were charged as if there were three adults and told an additional mattress would be provided, but the hotel gave us none. Breakfast was supposed to cover two people; they offered only two complimentary breakfasts and asked us to pay for two more. A terrible experience. Please don't fool customers. I'll never book with fabHotel again or recommend it to my friends.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this property. I paid an advance online to the Fab hotels team, but after seeing the room and deciding I didn't like it, I asked for my money back. The property refused, saying it was an online payment and I should ask online. I got no reply from the online team either. Very bad experience. Don't pay an advance to these people, especially at this property.

Loud music kept going, the staff were rude, and a violent fight broke out inside the hotel. My wife was terrified and couldn't sleep. The place felt completely unsafe and wasn't worth considering.

The location was the only thing I could praise. The room was cleaned only when I asked, mosquitoes kept flying around, and there were no bathroom slippers or shampoo. The shower ended up landing straight in my hand. The mattress and linen were visibly stained too. One of the worst stays I've had.

The staff were good, and there's a lift for guests. The hotel is in a pleasant residential area, with a metro station within walking distance, though the Google Maps pin was wrong. Street parking is available. For the price, the rooms were average: clean, with basic amenities, but no toiletries. Wi-Fi was offered, but the signal in the room was poor. Room service was slow, dinner took 1.5 hours, and the food's taste and quality were average.
