The cleanliness at FabHotel F9 Sector 51 could use more attention. Still, I had a comfortable stay, mostly thanks to the kind and helpful staff who were ready to assist. Ankit helped me the most, along with the rest of the team. A decent stay, and better cleaning would make it even nicer.
2/10
The online staff service was even worse than the stay itself. You can find much better hotels nearby. Don't go here or book ahead.
2/10
The room, bathroom and bed were terribly unclean. Furniture and curtains were damaged, the cutlery was bad, and there were no toiletries. Just an awful experience.
2/10
There were flies, cockroaches and a rat in the rooms. The hotel didn't have proper arrangements for breakfast either. I'd paid in advance for breakfast, but they couldn't provide it on either day, and when I asked on the second day, they refused very rudely. Pathetic rooms and service. Avoid this place.
2/10
The staff were rude, the rooms were full of dust, and sorting out the refund was a bad experience. The stay was horrible. Please don't book here.
