OYO 11521 Homestead Stay

Breakfast was good, with Aloo paratha, chole, and tea, and the room itself was fine. The bathroom, though, looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for 3-4 weeks. The geyser wasn't working, and I had to ask three times before they brought hot water. Don't trust the OYO app ratings. At checkout, the receptionist asked me to open the app, then took my phone and rated the hotel five stars.

The room and bathroom condition was awful. Nobody came to clean either, and during our 4 days and 3 nights there, the bedding wasn't changed. There were cockroaches, a horrible smell, stained cups, uncovered food left out, and water wasn't provided properly. The food quality and service were below par, and our requests went ignored. Staff didn't know how to speak respectfully and never admitted mistakes. Anand was rude and over-smart, while Miss Poonam showed attitude instead of apologizing for their mistakes. They even blocked my elder brother's way to demand payment while the rest of my family was still staying at the hotel. Overall, my stay at livin hub was pathetic. Miss POONAM and Mr. ANAND especially need to learn how to talk to people. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Getting there is easy since the hotel is on the main road, with cabs and autos available from any point. There's a good range of nearby food places, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. My room and bathroom were very clean, the AC worked properly, and the TV was good. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick, and they can get clothes ironed if you're coming for a meeting or interview.

There are plenty of food outlets nearby, including cheap options, and the location is nice. The rooms are decent and have TVs, but bathrooms are cramped, and ventilation was poor in the room I stayed in. AC performance varies, some rooms are okay and others are poor. Room service was slow even after I asked repeatedly. Fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't stay many days.
