OYO 11872 Heaven Inn

The rooms and bathroom weren't clean, the bed was broken, and they gave us RO water in opened bottles. The place is a real 'heaven on earth', and I'd love to come back in another life, maybe. Couples shouldn't come here. The location feels hostile and shady.

I was traveling from Kolkata to Delhi and booked through the Fab Hotel app. First they assigned us Heaven Inn, sec 43, but it had no rooms left. Customer care then moved us to Stardust Residency, sec 48. When I got there, reception said the hotel was no longer enrolled with Fab and was with Oyo instead. I had to go back to Delhi airport in the middle of the night to catch another flight. I'm shocked by Fab's current standards and how little it seems to know which hotels are enrolled. Since I wasn't accommodated or able to stay, I'm asking for a refund.

The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean, with a sofa and chair in each one. The location is good and easy to find, outside food is allowed, and parking is available. Overall it's very good, though sometimes the price goes above 2000.

This was the worst OYO room I've had, and it was too expensive for the rooms and service. The washroom locks were missing, the flush didn't work, and there were no pest measures, especially for mosquitoes. I wasted my money and will think twice about booking a hotel in future. I'd give zero stars if that were an option, so this gets one.
