Casa Meera Hotel

A quiet, pleasant place with nice rooms 🌿. They didn't have hot water, though.

I spent two miserable months here. For a place calling itself a hotel, it was a badly run PG with poor living conditions. The building smelled, had seepage and leaks everywhere, and got no maintenance. Water was cut most mornings when people were getting ready for work, and power cuts happened daily, sometimes all night. The generator didn't work, and when we asked, staff said they hadn't known the power was out. The water was unsafe and contaminated, and nobody seemed to care. The washing machine was broken for the whole two months without anyone fixing it. Food was awful and repetitive. Breakfast was nearly always fried bread, and lunch and dinner were unhygienic, often potato curry five times a week. One of the two people staying with me stopped eating the food after trying it once. I paid for meals but didn't eat a single one. The staff were rude and unprofessional: before moving in they called me “sir” and made promises, but afterwards they answered questions and complaints with “This is not our problem.” When I complained about the food, they told me not to eat it if I didn't like it. The owner seemed interested only in money. He made big promises before I moved in, then stopped answering calls, deducted charges without reason, and delayed or made excuses about returning the security deposit. They refused to return it and added what I believe were fake extra charges of ₹1,000-2,000. They also charged ₹400 over a small tea spill, claiming it was worth four cups at ₹100 each. Halfway through my stay, they made me leave my room because they said it was “too expensive,” then moved me into another room with a broken AC. Power cuts were random, and they wouldn't address them unless I argued with them. They made up petty fines and used false excuses to take money. It felt like a money trap and a complete scam. This was worse than a low-quality PG, and I believe the positive reviews are fake and written by staff. There are better PGs with cheaper rent and more honest management. Avoid it, or you could lose your money and deposit and be left with stress and regret.

I stayed with my family for 12 days on a business trip. Thanks to the Casa team for looking after us. The manager and staff tried their best to help, and I'd suggest people give their services a try. Best wishes to them.

Don't stay here. The hotel was very bad, and the owner, Basant, and staff seemed like the worst people in all of Noida. I'm speaking from my experience, not because of a personal issue. Be careful if you're going to live there, but my advice is to stay elsewhere.
