For 2500 room rent, there was only one item at the buffet breakfast and they couldn't even provide bathing soap. The bedsheets were very dirty, and the supervisor was adamant and behaved pathetically.

Cockroaches in the room, broken beds, a leaking AC, and a broken Jet spray. Cleanliness was absent, and the free breakfast had only one item. I stayed for 2 days, and the rooms were pathetic. It's listed online as 3 star, but it felt like a 0 star hotel. I'd choose Hamilton by IC / Ginger instead. I feel the online reviews are managed and paid.

This place has suited my needs well, and I've been a long term customer. The location is near my friends, service is customized to our taste, and the rooms have enough space and basic amenities for us. We come here for a quiet catch-up and meaningful conversation, without needing a fancy setting or a hefty bill. A different purpose may call for a different kind of place, so I wanted to give that context. Hope it helps.

A single room cost 3500, yet the rooms were dirty, the supervisor was rude and had a bad attitude, amenities were missing, and breakfast was poor.

2/10
Rooms were unclean, amenities were basically nonexistent, and breakfast quality was poor. The supervisor was pathetic, and the price was double what it should be.
