The service wasn't as good as at nearby hotels, and the staff and cleanliness both need attention. When I asked reception to clean my room, they left the same sheets on the bed and didn't clean the bathroom either. If you want attentive staff and a well kept room, I'd look elsewhere.

The location is good, but the hotel's condition is awful. From the dirty sheets and pillows to the dingy bathroom, the problems were obvious as soon as I entered. Please don't stay here.

The staff were polite and the location was good, but there wasn't much else in the room besides a bed. No window or ventilation, thankfully there was AC, and no table or chair either.

Room service took two hours to bring water, and none of the TVs worked. The sheets were dirty too. During a power cut, the backup only ran the fan and lights, so the AC worked only when regular electricity was available.

The pillows smelled and were dirty, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and they didn't provide a room kit. Staff were very rude, and they asked for another 200 for early check in.
