The facilities felt modern and added to the comfort, and getting around was easy thanks to the parking and transport options. My room was clean, and the stay felt dependable and welcoming, with only a couple of small snags. One suggestion: for short bookings of 3-4 hours, it’d be helpful if the booking period started at the actual check-in time. Guests can arrive late because of unexpected delays.

We paid 2500 for a room listed online at 1250, and after taking payment in advance they refused to refund it. On arrival, we weren’t even given water or toiletries. The staff’s behavior was pathetic, and the owner was abusive and, despite being a woman, didn’t know how to speak to people. It felt like a shady place meant only for hourly stays. Never stay there.

Requests weren’t handled properly, and even basic services took far too long. The staff were rude, so the whole room service experience felt unprofessional. I wasn’t satisfied with the stay at all.

They said tea was complimentary, then charged 120 rupees for it. We also had to buy our own water because they didn’t provide a bottle, and the 20 rupee bottle cost us 50 rupees. The manager was very rude to customers. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’d never stay there again.
