FabHotel Prime Prathana

The room was tiny and didn’t feel safe, and the address listed was wrong: it should be C-86, not C-85. When I arrived after booking online, they said they wouldn’t accept the online booking and asked for Rs 1,500 for a room that should cost Rs 800. I later found out this wasn’t actually part of the Fab hotel chain. The washroom windows were see-through and had been covered with newspapers. They reply to comments saying they’ll improve, but I didn’t see that happening. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The food was the only decent part of our stay. The washroom was miserable, and the utensils in the room were filthy. They didn’t even provide a proper blanket, just the cover, and the handwash was a bar of soap half dissolved in water. The cupboard door fell off at the slightest touch and could have badly hurt me, while the room door took so much effort to push open every time it nearly hurt our hips. Better find another hotel, even if it costs a little more.

The staff were warm and quick to help, and we ate really well. FabHotel Prime The Everest 30 was also well placed for getting to nearby attractions. Our room was clean, kept in good shape, and had the amenities we needed. A lovely stay in Noida, I’d happily recommend it.

The reception seemed to have just one person handling all the work, and the owner really needs to be more mindful about the team. The doors wouldn’t shut properly, and the washroom was below standard. A disappointing stay, especially with an owner who seemed to know nothing about hospitality.
