OYO Flagship 75488 Royal Grand Inn

There’s no kitchen, so you have to go out to eat, and they don’t offer laundry service either. The rooms were in awful shape, with damp walls and a bad smell. I switched rooms three times. People seemed friendly, but I found the caretaker dishonest. Get your bill right away, or they may not give it to you so they can avoid GST. There were plenty of other problems too. My stay was pathetic, and probably the worst job of my life. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had a comfortable stay, and the staff were happy to help. The breakfast was tasty and hygienic, and our room was well kept, with clean sheets, pillow covers, and blankets. We didn’t run into any problems. The location worked well for us too, since it’s not far from Noida City Centre metro station. I’d suggest this hotel for a stay while travelling.

In room 001, the toilet was unhygienic, and the taps and shower were rusty and looked very old. The walls were damp, the stained sheets and blankets were dirty, and there was no ventilation. Charging meant using loose, broken sockets down near floor level, while the AC made a lot of noise even when running as a fan. Cockroaches were in the room with me. There was no proper hotel sign, just an A4 printout, and the room felt creepy. Staff were rude, and some wandered around in banyans. The reviews praising this place are fake.

The food was really good, and the staff were very polite. The location is good too, but the rooms need maintenance and weren’t up to standard. They kept switching off the AC from the main control to save electricity without telling guests. 😂
