When I arrived around 7 PM after a long journey, I expected to check into the booking I'd made eight days earlier for March 12. Instead, reception said they had no booking for me. The person there said OYO had made a mistake, told me to ask them for a refund, and offered a room only at 1,500 INR or more. I'd booked at roughly 700 INR, about half their claimed starting price. He even told me to say the hotel was under renovation when cancelling. That made me think it was a trap: take lower-priced bookings, then ask for more than double at arrival, counting on some tired travelers to pay to avoid further hassle. Others could end up searching for somewhere else after traveling a long way or struggling to check in. If a hotel has a problem with a booking agency, why should the customer suffer? The hotel could stop taking bookings at prices it won't accept, and sort things out with its booking partner instead of harassing guests. It felt like cheating and harassment, especially for someone new in town with no one to turn to. I've lived here for 10 years and have friends and relatives, so I was able to stay calm and manage the situation. After this, I find even the good reviews suspicious and don't think this hotel is worth dealing with.

Good service and a good place to stay in Noida. Four times, since apparently once wasn't enough: good place, good service, visit if you're staying in Noida.

The food was nice, the budget was low, and the location was fantastic. My issue was that the listing showed buffet breakfast, but they didn't provide it and said the app had it wrong. Given the price, I was okay with that.

We'd already paid online, but they refused to let us check in unless we paid a higher amount. The manager was super rude and arrogantly told us to pay more or get lost. Avoid this property.
