The room was untidy, including the bedsheet and pillow, and the AC, TV, fan, geyser, and charging switchboard were all out of order. There was no drinking water, mosquitoes were all around, and no service staff came during my stay. They charged extra at the end, too. I had booked through the OYP App for 3d & 4n and reached using Google Map, but the hotel had a different name and the receptionist denied having any such booking. They suggested I cancel and book offline. I called the OYO helpline and explained, but they kept me on hold for half an hour without resolving anything. After I'd been standing outside for two hours, the same receptionist called me in and handed over the room key.

The owner was very disrespectful and charged me extra without any reason. They seem to find ways to add charges, and it wasn't worth the hassle.

After I checked in and looked at the services for two minutes, they checked me out. The manager asked for extra payment at checkout, and they wouldn't give a refund. Very stupid staff and manager, worst hotel.

The room smelled awful, like spending a night in hell. Tiny insects were crawling on the bedsheet, and the pillows and sheets were in terrible condition. The toilet had a transparent gate with no shade, so everyone in the room could see inside. Booking was a mess too. I booked for ₹876, but at check-in they said the payment had been upgraded and I had to pay ₹1,498. I don't understand why, and even the app started showing ₹1,498. Staff blamed OYO, saying it was all handled from their side. I'm from India, and doing business like this as a big company is the worst. I have videos from the room if needed. I'd heard negative things about OYO before but decided to try it myself. It turned out to be the worst experience of my life.
