2/10
The sheets and blanket weren’t clean, the TV didn’t work, and the remotes had no batteries. The bathroom was tidy. Their room menu listed 50+ items, but only 2-3 were available. The worst part was them asking guests for their phones so they could leave reviews themselves. Bad experience.

They first said the room AC worked, but once I got to the room, it wasn’t working. Poor service.

Good housekeeping and a luxury hotel, with a metro station nearby.
