The dirty, corroded bathroom fittings put me off using them, and the shower knobs were so clogged that water came out at the sides instead of the middle. There’s no hot shower water either, so be prepared for a cold shower. I had to bathe with a bucket, which is strange for this kind of hotel. Even dharamshalas are cleaner these days. Maintenance seems nonexistent. The bathrooms look like public toilets and haven’t been cleaned in ages. They mop with dirty water, so I didn’t want to walk around the room without slippers afterward. Breakfast was poor quality and cold at 8 in the morning. The room keys are black, so I didn’t want to keep one in my pocket. This hotel isn’t worth what you pay.

Service quality was very good, and the accommodation itself was decent. There aren’t any shops nearby, though, and the place feels cut off from the surrounding area. The phone didn’t work properly, and the food wasn’t very good. It’s not a great place to stay, but decent enough if you have nowhere else.

The manager was a big help, and we had a happy, comfortable stay. Rooms were clean, the location was great, and we had a lovely time. Service could be improved, but everything else was okay. Peace out!

The rooms are spacious, though the building is a little old. Phone reception is very weak. There’s no breakfast buffet, and the breakfast choices are limited.
