There was no lift or power backup, so I had to haul my luggage up to the third floor. The TV didn't work, the room wasn't clean, and neither was the service. The bathroom had an opening onto sewer pipes, and the smell came right in. Breakfast was horrible, so don't book it with the room. There's no ventilation either. After all that, they charged extra for supposedly checking out late, even though we were within the time shown on Agoda. For that price, I could've found a much nicer hotel.

I stayed here as a PG and completed all the required formalities on time, but they still haven't returned my security deposit after four months. They keep putting it off. Even while I was living there, getting anything done took at least 5-10, and once I waited seven hours just to get water. Update: More than 90 days have passed, and all I got was the same generic AI-generated response. Nobody has actually followed up.

They charged me for water bottles, even though most hotels include them, and there weren't any toilet kits either. The bathrooms were dirty. This was my worst experience with this hotel, which wasn't worth staying at.

Cockroaches were everywhere in the room, the TV didn't work, and the AC wasn't cooling. The room was in really bad condition and the service was awful. Receptionist Mr ALAM was especially rude and didn't seem to know how to speak to customers. Pathetic staff and service. Don't stay here.

They didn't even provide basics like a towel or toothbrush, and the breakfast arrived late. The food was poor quality, and there was no hygiene in the kitchen. Very poor service. Never staying here again.
