The staff were rude and seemed annoyed whenever I brought up a problem. The key cards kept failing, so I had to return to reception repeatedly to get them reactivated. There was no hot water because the geyser didn’t work, and the electricity kept cutting in and out, making the stay very uncomfortable. The water bottles supplied were fake, which felt unsafe and unacceptable. The place seemed poorly managed and unreliable, and it wasn’t worth the money. I’d avoid it if you’re looking for a hotel with basic facilities. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This was honestly one of my worst hotel stays.

The supplied water bottles seemed fake or refilled, which was concerning for health and safety. Staff were rude, arrogant, and unhelpful, with no professionalism or accountability. The electricity kept cutting in and out, and key cards stopped working at random, locking us out of the room multiple times. The geyser also didn’t work, so there was no hot water at all. Basic hygiene felt like a luxury. I can’t understand how this place is even running as a hotel.

The food was awesome, and the room service was excellent. I stayed for two days and had an excellent experience. It’s a newly built property, with neat, clean rooms and very cooperative staff. I’d rate it 10/10 and would book the same facility again on a future visit to Noida. Highly recommend staying here.

At Hotel Khardik Palace, the staff were polite and very helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious too. A great spot for a stay with family or friends.

There’s plenty of parking, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The washrooms were especially hygienic.
