We left after the staff asked us to pay extra to move to another hotel, and dealing with them was difficult. The place was filthy. There were stains on the sheets, marks and dirt on the floor and walls, leftover food in the hallway, and a toilet that looked like it had never been cleaned. We found a used condom in the bathroom. The towels took several requests, and when they finally arrived, they were very dirty too. There was no heating, so the room was cold in January, and no Wi-Fi despite promises to fix it. Employees were sleeping in the lobby.

There was barely a minute of hot water in the shower, and the room was cold. I found gummy bears stuck to the ceiling, and dirt seemed to be everywhere. I had to complain to get a towel and toilet paper, and the towel was dirty. Staff were sleeping on mattresses and torn sofas in the common areas, and I had to pay to use the pool table. About everything that could go wrong did. It was the worst travel experience I've had in South Asia. The chain's photos are a complete lie, so I felt I had to share some of my own. There was no Wi-Fi, the staff were unfriendly, and there was no in-house restaurant or any of the other amenities Oyo guarantees at booking. We didn't get the complimentary breakfast, though the hotel's extreme dirtiness meant I wouldn't have wanted to eat it anyway. There were stains on the bedding, curtains, and pillows, basically everywhere. The mini fridge was covered in mold and had dirty water puddles inside. Towels had poop on them, and the toilets looked like they had never been cleaned.

The rooms have a good feel and the food service is good. It's a great place to stay near Sector 61 Noida, with easy access to the Metro, which connects you to Delhi, Noida, and the NCR.

There was construction and children screaming right outside my window. The room had no Wi-Fi, and the hot water ran for only about two minutes. The towels and sheets were dirty too. When I arrived, they hadn't given me a key, and I had to go back to reception twice and insist before they handed one over.

The room was cold, and there was no hot shower. I had to complain just to get a towel and toilet paper, and the towel was dirty. A gummy bear was stuck to the ceiling, and everything else was dirty too. Staff were sleeping on a mattress in reception, and using the pool table cost extra.
