OYO seems to make sure the room is clean, and that part was definitely true. The rest is less dependable: the electricity backup may be there, food may be available, and the taps and shower may or may not work properly. You can really only count on having a clean room. The OYO staff don't seem very knowledgeable about hospitality.
I booked because the room looked decent in the pictures, but it was quite different in person. The bathrooms were dirty, the AC was old, and the staff were extremely arrogant. The manager... It was a horrible experience, and I wanted other travelers to get a real idea of the property.
This was my worst experience ever. The property is very bad, and the manager is rude and arrogant. The rooms they showed us weren't up to the mark, and the ACs weren't working properly. OYO should check properties before partnering with them.
The rooms are very good and economical, but the food is costly for what's on the menu.
Of all the places I've seen in the OYO industry, this is one of the best.
