Hotel Core One Bliss

I arrived with all my luggage after booking, only to be told there were no rooms. What's the point of booking a hotel if the room can then be given to someone else? Anyone considering this place should be careful. Your booking could be cancelled and leave you with nowhere to stay. This hotel feels like a complete scam.

The stay was awful, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel or booking through Brevistay. There was no electricity in my room, which made everything even worse. Staff were rude when I asked about the problems and said this was what I should expect at this budget, or I could leave. They wouldn't offer any more service, which felt like a threat. It took over an hour to get a room. The first room they gave me was dusty and unprepared, and the next one was the same. One was scattered with used items, including condoms, which was shocking and unhygienic. By the third room, things still weren't ready: there was no tissue paper, towels, or drinking water. When I asked for basic amenities, staff wanted extra money for a simple bottle of water.

I booked through Make my trip. On my first call, they said to contact MMT because the hotel was dealing with a power cut. But when I went there in person, there didn't seem to be any power issue, and the receptionist said no rooms were available. They felt like scammers. After I complained to Make my trip several times, I did get my money refunded. Don't trust the reviews, either, as most seem fake.

Even though I'd booked online well in advance, I was first told to change my booking because every room was taken. They eventually put me in a subpar room. The bathroom leaked, and there were no towels, soap, glasses, or dustbin in the room. Service was very poor.
