The Wi-Fi never worked, even though we complained several times, and the hotel took no action. The toilet flush also wasn’t working properly. The air conditioner in my first room didn’t work, so they moved me, but it still wasn’t working properly in the replacement room. This was the worst room I’ve ever experienced.

We checked out immediately after dinner because the meal took nearly two hours to arrive and the staff treated us so badly. They were rude when I complained about the food, asking why we ate it if it wasn’t good. We left some of it untouched. They had confirmed an in-house kitchen, but what we got was stale, roadside-quality food. It cost ₹1000 despite the poor quality and hygiene, and no refund was offered. The whole thing felt like deliberate negligence. The staff seemed untrained and showed no basic courtesy or professionalism. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you expect decent food hygiene and respectful service. No guest should have to go through that.

We weren’t even given soap or toothpaste, and the food was not nice at all. The taps were rusty, hot water barely worked, and the balcony door was locked so we couldn’t open it. The rooms weren’t as clean as we expected, and the pictures online didn’t match what we saw. It was a very bitter stay.

The room was damp and smelled bad, and water was leaking badly from the AC. No one came to help. The extra mattress they gave us was in very poor condition too. Staff weren’t polite and ignored our requests. It was a pathetic, disappointing stay. I won’t come back and can’t recommend anyone stay here.
