The staff were courteous and went out of their way to make us comfortable, and the hotel felt pleasant, clean, and well maintained. The food was a highlight, especially the tea, poha, chole, and Maggi. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for the hospitality and good food. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🤗

Scam alert 🚨 I booked through Cleartrip and messaged the hotel on WhatsApp before arriving to check that my room was reserved. She confirmed it, but when I got there, they refused to check me in. I called the police and made a complaint. The police asked to see the hotel registration, but the staff couldn’t provide it. This place is completely fake. Never book here. If you book by mistake and they refuse to let you in, call the police immediately. Call 112.

The rooms are modern and clean, and the quiet atmosphere works well for either a business trip or some time away. What stood out most was the concierge, who can sort out things like sightseeing and dinner reservations. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, making sure guests were comfortable and happy.

Good value for the price, and I was comfortable during my stay. The staff were considerate and helpful, and the food was good too.

The room had a disgusting smell and no ventilation, since I was on the ground floor. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and the blanket had holes. There's no TV in the room either. This place is pathetic and not clean at all. You can see the photos below.
