SilverKey Executive Stays 30271 Shoprix mall Sector 61

The room was spacious, but it was dirty and full of mosquitoes, so staying there was uncomfortable. At check-in I had to move through four rooms because each had something broken, either the AC or the toilet sprinkler. Bathroom fixtures were rusty and stained, and the heater water came out muddy, as if it hadn't been used or maintained for months. Nothing basic was reliably provided. The water bottles were reused and refilled rather than sealed mineral water. I had to ask for towels, which were badly shredded, a bathroom floor mat, and a mosquito repellent that still had some liquid in it. Staff seemed unconcerned about making guests comfortable, and cleanliness and upkeep were abysmal. I've stayed at more than 300 hotels around the world, and this was easily my worst experience. I'm surprised anyone gave it more than one star. Don't book here, even if it's free.
