Dinner took far too long. We ordered at 8 PM and didn't get anything until 9:30 PM. The roads around the location are always busy with traffic. The room service was nowhere to be found, and the toilet wasn't even as good as a public toilet. There was no water for bathing or rinsing. At reception, nobody responded properly when I arrived, and they handed me the room keys without even sending a boy to help me find the room. I felt stuck there by force, and the stay felt like a punishment. A very bad experience at this vista.

The rooms are great, and the staff are lovely ❤️ Shalu at reception was especially helpful!

The rooms weren't properly clean, the washroom was bad, and room service was very poor. Don't stay here.

A warm, friendly place to stay, with room service that felt royal. The cost of living was good too.

The food was good, but the service was pathetic.
